Nutrition Question: I go to work with these things: 1 apple, 1 orange, Peanut Butter, 1 serving of low-cal yogurt (80 calories) 2 diet Sprites (0 carbs, 0 calories, 0 caffeine) and optional 1 banana. At my first break, I take ta Diet SPrite and either the apple, core and slice it (love my apple corer/slicer!) and add peanut butter to each slice;

sounds like you get enough exercise so you could probably indulge for dinner.
