Why does it seem that some days are worse than others? I guess it's just all a part of the healing process but sometimes I just get so angry that I can't shake it off.  I wish that there was a magical wand that someone could wave over me and I would be healed, whole and rejuvenated - ready to share my heart with someone again.

Here's my take: when you lose something (or someone), you have to grieve - and grieving takes a different length of time for everyone, and works differently for everyone. You hear about the stages: denial, anger, depression, acceptance, etc. And you can't really make it go faster - you just had to ride it out.

All you can do is let yourself go through it - those tears aren't for him, they're for you, because if you keep them inside, this whole thing will just last longer. Just take good care of yourself, and someday you will be healed, whole and rejuvenated.
