One more thing regarding the last point:
Ephesians 4:4-6 (4) There is one body, and one Spirit, even as also ye were called in one hope of your calling; (5) one Lord, one faith, one baptism, (6) one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all.
There is "one Lord, one faith, one baptism..." There are many different things being taught today by those who claim to be Christians. Are they all correct? No, because there is only one way, that is God's Will. We must search the Scriptures diligently to find out what God's Word says. We shouldn't just agree to disagree as some would probably do regarding such issues.
Again, thanks for reading. Looking forward to your response. :)
Another language thing.... In another verse that seems even more contraditory to scriture as a whole there is also one greek word that explains this difference. 1 tim 2:11-15 says that women should not teach or have authority over men, and that woman sinned first and that women will get their salvation through child rearing. But scripture as a whole says that men and women are equal sinners (there were consequences for both and both were at the tree when they took the fruit so man was not without fault) and that we can't do anything to earn our salvation. And as we saw earlier both genders are equal in God's eyes (both in HIS image). So, we have something wrong because "ALL scripture is GOd breathed.." Ok in the greek where it says "I do not allow women to teach or have authority.." that word for have authority over is from a greek slang term "authentein". That word is refering to a prostitute using seduction to sell sex. Paul was not refering to teaching men or having authority, he was refering to ex-prostitues (or any other

I hope I didn't come across condemningly (is that a word?). It wasn't my intent. It can be difficult to do this by internet. Anyway, I only want to discuss Scripture with you. I'm interested in learning what others base their beliefs on in Scripture. Thanks for reading and responding. Maybe I'll have more questions or comments for you later. Thanks again!
Oh I made some typo's I meant to say "Jesus said he came to fullfill the law, not get rid of it." and that "Jesus quoted from the psalms in his preaching and the psalms are full of verses about playing instruments and dancing and singing

this should be a fun and laid back discussion. Of course I'm not sure what you believe on this.. I'm assumeing based on what you have said before that you are one of my God siblings from a Church of christ. I could be wrong. I'm not sure what COC beleive on this but i'll tell you what I believe

absolutely.... its in the Bible... remember the Pentacost.... Sometimes its doesn't present itself as human languages but as a more heavenly language that we don't understand without God's guidance.
