It's a big machine with a bright light attached to it...they shine it directly onto your teeth for 3 fifteen minute sessions. If you have sensitive teeth I wouldn't recommend it. Unless of course you enjoy sharp shooting pains randomly in your mouth :(

Yes this is quite possibly some of the worst pain I've ever felt in my mouth. :( But it is worth it!! Only another day or so of this pain. :(

Get some orajel to rub on them if they still hurt. It will at least numb them a bit.
I'd love to be able to get my teeth whitened. I want to do it, but need to fix this broken tooth first. I just can't afford dental stuff right now, kids, bills. Blah.
