Well, that sucked. So I'm reading about minotaurs, intrigue, traitors, and all that good stuff, and then I fall asleep. Next thing I know, I'm outside taking a walk around what appears to be a mix between WOU Campus and a housing development. I had a house down in it which probably held more than just David and I, because it was two stories. I ( Read more... )

You're not the only one with bizarre apocalypse dreams lately. I drempt that I was driving on one of the many bay area freeways and time seems to stop for a moment. I seemed to the only person unaffected by this lapse. Then I saw something... I cannot remember if it was a sentient being or just a mass of energy but (like in Akira) I just see this nuclear blast starting. I started speeding off while watching the overpass in my rear-view mirror. It's obliterated and then I woke up.
If you continue having dreams like this let me know. In the mean time I recommend meditating if you can find the time.

You think THOSE dreams are horrifying?

...Last night I had a dream I was building PALLETS... at WORK...

...*twitch*

No, for real, nightmares are teh suq. I have a semi-recurring dream about being stung repeatedly by bees. I'm not even afraid of bees, but lo and behold, they're in my nightmares.

Don't nightmares suck?

You should try night terrors sometime. Wake up drenched in a cold sweat, in some horribly twisted possition, physically in pain from being so terrified, not being able to calm yourself down, even though there's really nothing happening...barely being able to remember what the dream was about, just horrible tiny flashes of strange and terrible things.

It rocks.
