50 pounds

Last week was measurements at the gym. We hadn't done them since I signed up for this round of training back at the end of January. I came in at 2 pounds below my goal weight. Lost a bunch of inches-- maybe 4 from my waist, and an inch to an inch and a half everywhere else. Went downa precentage of body fat. I started working with Phillip last ( Read more... )

I'm so proud of you! I am perplexed with my body. I looked in the mirror yesterday and thought, hey, I look pretty good, pretty firm. Then I got on the scale and was horrified. :-(

I don't let the scale scare me. There are good days and bad days--today I didn't like what it said, but whatever. Our weights can flucuate 1-2 pounds daily due to hormones, what we ate, salt intake, etc. Better to look at the whole picture than what the scale says.
