Shuuyu Koukin. Especially in the strong and weak points. You seem kind of cool, steady and aloof but also dedicated to the things that are important to you.

I think I'm going to say Chouryou Bun'en, because he strikes me as very aloof and reserved, but also genuine, and determined to be good at what he does.

Although, seeing as how he's not listed in the character list on the community page, if he's not a valid choice, then I'd also go with Shuuyu Koukin.

My first thought was Shuuyu Koukin, but then I saw that kumoru brought up Chouryou Bun'en. Both seem like accurate choices, and I realized that my vote was probably the tie breaker, so after a second reading I decided that I felt a bit more leanings for Chouryou Bun'en.
