That jerk, waiting until after the girlfriend had paid to come see him, and then days together probably lying his face off, and THEN he dumps her over the phone on her way home? That is _low_!

Great end! The whole scene felt very real. I had an ex break up with me over my work email, so I feel for any people who have asses as exes! (And I love that the narrator listened in. I would totally do something like that too.)
