and you know what the new wave place reminded me of? that one night on new years eve 2001 (?) when I ran into you guys in hollywood at that 6-club-in-one extravaganza. Only here there were only 3 rooms, one of which was entirely dedicated to Morrisey. it was fun. Let's go dancing sometime.

hey lady...you still going to see the decemberists? did you ever switch tickets for the sunday night show? i'm trying to figure out what to do...i have my volvo that i need to bring to alameda before my dad gets here (tuesday), but i want someone to follow me when i do it, because i want to do it at night when it's cooler (it tends to overheat) and i don't want to be stranded by my lonesome. so i'm hoping my friend melissa will follow me. if not, i guess i can suck it up and drive by myself and stop every so often to cool it down. or maybe i'm just paranoid and it's not going to overheat and break down at all. we'll see.
