i know, random right?! i was sitting in on a meeting at the crisis center i work at, and the legal advocate there came in and was talking to us about how the law affects rape survivors and how she advocates for them and what she does and yada yada yada, and i was like, "i want to do that." and i don't want to work for a couple years and then go straight into a phD program for seven. that does not sound fun.
so what do human rights lawyers exactly do? like what's the day to day stuff?
i feel like this gives a pretty good representation. i know you more than likely do litigation, but oh well. i'm also gonna link an externship program at a school i'm looking at.
