That's the idea. Also? Get all your friends to go there. Where did you go??? Always need a good mechanic.

Martin's Auto over on Monroe. The place is totally run down looking and the waiting rooom looks like a converted closet and I may have to buy a new air freshener afterwards to get rid of the smoke smell, but... I will be back.

I am so glad they took care of you. I have had nothing but good experiences with them, so I was pretty sure they would take care of you. I once went in saying I was pretty sure the transmission needed replacing. That's big money and most mechanics would leap at the chance if some idiot was willing to accept that was the problem without a diagnosis. Not these folks. They tested the bejesus out of the thing, even when they were also pretty sure the transmission was shot.

Turned out to be a cheap, 200 buck repair.

I LOVE my mechanic. Martin's Auto Service rules.
