Went in with a pretty open mind on if I wanted drugs or not. Came out without them. Doc thought because I'd done CBT before, if I start it again I could actually see relief just as quick as

Therapy is GOOD for you. You just have to find the right one. Don't let yourself get stuck with a useless doc.

And yes, evidently this is the first thing that came to Ari's mind too, which now make it constantly in my mind. Although then of course I have an Alex in my head who seems to think that cock and ball torture is a FINE therapy method which worked wonders for HER.
