The first forsythia

Today I saw the first forsythia in the park!

It has been a long time coming, but at last it is spring in NYC.

An amazing meeting yesterday, more info to come.

Off to the next meeting, but spring has landed at last!

Another friend of mine (upstate NY) is also experiencing spring, after a long cold winter. I'm glad it's finally arrived for you. It's been raining for for almost a month :/

It is a late late spring in coming, and we had a positive deluge last night!

But I am happy to see the forsythia at last!

Yes, rain is always present here too! Do't let it get you down!

Some days it does get to me...only because it's hard to get out and take photos ;)

For some reason that really makes me feel it is spring!

But the winter has been so hard here, and spring so late in coming . . . the forsythia are very welcome!
