Anyone in need of a place to live?

I need to sublet my apartment. Or, rather, my checkbook needs to sublet my apartment. It's a 1 bedroom, hardwood floors, balcony, etc. on Highland Ave. for $450 a month. If you know of anyone in need send them my way. The move in date can be anytime after August 15 and the original lease runs through October 31 but could be renewed after that.

Hey, I told Duncan about it and he sounded interested in it. And god knows he needs to get out of his parents house!!
$450 a month is great, does that include utilities?
