The working out and exercising is slow but great. About every week or so I realize that some part of my body feels different, like my leg is pointier instead of round, or I can feel firm abs when I put my hands on my hips. And I was just telling Matt last night how your body seems to adjust itself to your new muscles when you do things, like bending over to pick stuff up, or going up stairs - instead of hunching with my whole body, I just use my legs and thighs because they are now strong enough to support me. Go Kristen!

Bummer on the job, hooray for closure!
Those toeless socks are so fabulous. You can show off your socks AND your painted toenails! Win/win!
Wowza on the weight loss and exercise goals! Congratulations, that's incredible! *hugs*
Arg for unprofessional, disorganized medical staff! Boo!

I'm so glad we are at a point to look at houses.
Thank you for the congratulations. The changes don't feel incredibly obvious, but it's subtly crept up on me.
I know, right? I think I'm going to change doctors when me move.
