I saw a show once about seiyus, and they really need to practice all kinds of stuff and work hard ( like all japanese people :P) Wait,what Higurashi incident? :O
Oh sorry guess I never mentioned here before. The Higurashi producer posted Hoshi's script book when they were recording for the newest Higurashi drama cd series last year: http://www.higurashi-cd.com/blog/#1115 It has over 300 pages of written notes just like the pic shown, I was so touch about Hoshi's hard work when I read the entry.
Personally I heard a lot of rumors about it, I don't know if you realized the pack of seiyuu who announced their switch on June 1st were ALL originally from Baobao Production, which tells you something's going on =_= Well, nontan has been surprising me with his personalities lately, I can only say he did what he felt right~~
