"I like you."
I said it. After years of keeping those feelings deep down inside of me, i finally said it. And seconds after i confessed, crap, reality started to crash on me. What have i done?? I might have just ruined our friendship! What if he only assume as his friend?
So, i ran away. I ran away, leaving him all dumbstruck in the middle of the human's ocean. I was so embarrassed.
I remember the beginning of the day, after months of counselling, by Yamapi, Ueda, Nakamaru, even Tegoshi, i finally had the courage to ask him out and confess to him.
I did it. We had fun and now i had ruined it. Totally.
I thought my life is over, but apparently, no.
"Kazuya!" My heart thumped faster against my ribcage. Its him.
"Kazuya! Wait!" It is indeed him. He ran after me.
But my feet just wont stop, i kept on running, until i felt a strong hand grabbing my smaller one.
"Let me go!" I said, refused to look at his face, due to embarrassment.
"But Kazuya, listen to me!"
"Let go of me!"
"Listen to me, please!" and there's some impatience laced in his voice. Im scared. At that moment, i was way beyond scared. Scared of what he's going to do and scared of what is his reply.
"Kazu.." he started, softly, as i've calmed down.
"You dont know how relieved i am to hear you say those words..."
My ears perked up. I cant believe what i heard, so i looked up at him, to ask him to repeat one more time what he just said to confirm that i did not misheard. But, i dont need to, as he leaned down and kissed me on the lips.
We are so in love.
