I'm sorry I've been abandoning my LJ lately. The problem is that twitter is so much quicker to post to and check through out the day. With my boss not wanting me to use my work computer for personal use, I can't check LJ all day and the last thing I want to do when I get home is sit on the computer all day

Good for you on all of it. Especially taking it one day at a time and remembering that things aren't the end of the world. It's hard when things go wrong and you want to freak out but staying calm gets you through it much easier.
I love all the baby stories. You need to keep them coming. Jason's going to love being a from-the-beginning-dad. Not that he isn't already loving the from-the-young-ages-dad. I love that everyone's so excited and being so sweet.
And just remember that online shopping is a God send and it might be just the way to go if you can't get out and about to get everything!
And next year will be your little boy or girl's first Christmas! Yay.
