i just got done browning some ground turkey to mix in with my rice,
and i started thinking about the time my dad and i tried to make these crazy turkey tacos that rachael ray made.

KELLEY DEAR! I didn't realize how strong of an accent you have. And you sound...dun dun dun JUST LIKE ME! And strangely...it's a WISCONSIN sounding accent and NOT a MN accent. Not many people in MN even talk like that and it's bizarre, and it took me years to figure out where it comes from. None of my family talks that way, but yet I do? I don't even know. You'll just be cute in Virginia with your little Wisconsin sounding Minnesota accent. Kthx!

my mom is from wisconsin so that's probably where it came from.

i kind of hate my accent. i hope it goes away.

haaa weeeell...i'm getting the outline of minnesota on my belly, and it's going to have a simple, cartoony face and my belly button is going to be the mouth.
i will probably regret this later but right now i think it's hilarious. plus, i can hide it all the time and it will be cheap.
but once i'm in virginia and maybe have a little more money for an intricate and nice tattoo, i'm probably getting minnesota's state flower:
