off to naxos tomorrow. i'll also be conducting an experiment tomorrow in which i only eat weet-a-bix (the chocolate chip kind) for the day. yum-tastic!!!!!

we went to delos and mykonos today as a field trip/class of sorts. but really it was just us exploring. i actually have a tan now after a week here. a decently dark tan. and i have to eat at least one dark chocolate bar a day. or i die. they also have this awesome carrot/fruit juice here which is required for my life to continue. anyway, ( Read more... )

greece is fun. very fun. it amazes me that you can get a smirnoff and a chocolate bar anywhere and just parade down the street with them both. there is this amazing bakery on the way to school where we buy our fresh bread and baklava. this weekend we're packing on over to delos for the day... it's a nearby island which is apparently fanta-stick ( Read more... )

my uncle and his family came over tonight for an august birthday celebration. it was the same as always... only filled with questions of greece. other than that i sat and read and occasionally looked up. i'm too picky about what i'll eat though, meaning that dinner consisted of a donut, a spoonful of baked beans, and a chunk of watermelon. mmm ( Read more... )
