its gets better as u get older trust me...when i was a freshman and making my tape i felt the same....

getting into wind ensemble is sort of hard to do when ur a freshman....the only reason i got in is because spreen thinks that i have "potential" *cough* bull shit *cough* mabye its because me and aaron puebla are the only hope for the trumpet section my senior year lol. but it is awsome that i dont have to make a tape anymore. but hey just think of it this way....

u guys got off easy this year....last year when i did a tape i had to do all 12 scales, plus the piece of music last year was a hell of alot harder. doing ur chromatic scale also is always a plus in spreens view.

ya, i attempted to do my chromatic, but by that time i was really pissed at like everything so i was like screw it, hopefully dana and i will get better at french horn cause i guess theres a demand for them unlike saxes, hehe

Trust me u guys will want to get in syphonic after youve been in wind ensemble for a couple months, because thats where all of ur friends are gonna be. this is coming from experience....but i leaned to love it
