There are so many things I want to say about this fic... There are so many things I want to do to this fic.

I just went back and re-read the first two parts before starting the third and I'm suddenly itching to watch Mad Men (probs the only person who doesn't). I'm definitely hankering for some Jeff/Annie but realistically, I love the slow build and the details. It's amazing.

It's different than what I had originally expected (which was basically a glossy concept like Mad Men) but this feels genuine... So excited for more!

Thank you!

God, I can't thank you enough for being so patient with this. It's super cool to have support like yours for a fic that gives you a bit of a struggle, so I thank my lucky stars for your encouragement!

Add me to the list of people who doesn't watch Mad Men... I feel terrible, I watched the first six episodes of the first season and simply never got around to finishing it. I think my patience for serial dramas has diminished greatly in recent years since I've gotten so attached to certain serial comedies (see: Community, Parks and Rec, The Office, etc). I would eventually like to try watching it again...

Anyway, sorry to ramble, I wanted to say in addition to me having only a basic understanding of the happenings on MM, I also liked the character suggestions you gave me for each study group member, which I suppose sort of turned this fic in the opposite direction of the high drama that (I think) happens on Mad Men. I'm glad this still feels genuine and I appreciate your kind words. :) xo Kate

Yay you're back! And yay this fic is back! I remember this from months ago and reread the first two parts before starting the new chapter. Love this story and can't wait to see where you take it!

Gosh, I'm so honored people took the time to re-familiarize themselves with the story following its return! I honestly didn't expect people to be so graciously invested in its events, so I'm flattered you wanted to go back and reread things. Thank you for the support! I think people will be excited for the events to come in the fic-I know I am. :) xo Kate

Thank you so much! :) I already have Chapter 4 nearly done-3/4 of the chapters are already completely mapped out, so I'm much more confident about the fic this time around. AU is rather tricky to write, in my opinion, so I'm glad to hear it's a success. Thanks for reading! xo Kate

It's awesome that this has been updated! I was just checking for it too, so a nice surprise :) I adore Mad Men so of course this story was attractive to me for that reason, but I also really like the all the little details that make the characters unique here (Pierce as Annie's godfather, Abed as a reporter - perfect! - Shirley and Troy working together, etc).

;______;

Perhaps I'm overemotional but it's a big deal to me that someone was actually checking to see if one of my fics had been updated. Ugh, honestly, that is so sweet to hear. I'm also happy to hear Mad Men fans like this since, as I said above, I haven't seen the whole show and what I did watch is a distant memory in my mind at the moment... I really need to get on seeing that. Anyway, thank you so, so much for your kind words! I appreciate them greatly! xo Kate
