One of the only ways he could ever express himself to me were through song lyrics. Maybe that was and is part of the problem. It's nice when a musician takes what you feel and puts it so eloquently, I know. I just feel a key kink in us was always lack of communication. "Well what did we have to talk about?" Exactly. I think the biggest problem with us is that in high school, we were so similar, and now, we're sooooo different. We're growing apart faster than we're growing together and now the fabric is starting to rip.

Yeah that's true. Also a big factor I seem to forget. You seem to say that things like my lifestyle versus your lifestyle aren't a problem but I feel it bothers you more than you let on. But you also had some encouraging things to say the last time you came over, you know, as far us keeping us together. I wonder if... I didn't give those things enough thought.
