Just realized Fat Tuesday is tomorrow - looks like I've got some sinnin' to do! Yee Haw! Actually, I should think of something to give up. I always found that kinda rewarding. What are you guys giving up, if anything?

One of my favorite authors gives up a new thing every month to test herself. January was processed sugar, February was tea, March is cheese. I was thinking about giving up two really tough things. Like meat for March, and caffeine for April, or something like that. I still have to think on it.

Very late update (and I think you knew this) - I gave up lactose. It has gone relatively well except when I accidentally put half/half in my coffee once and accidentally ordered regular chai tea latte instead of soy, but not an ounce of cheese, yogurt, ice cream or other dairy! Aside from those incidents, I've had a very happy tummy! What did you decide on?
