Oh, wow. You and I have a whole lot in common, you know? In some places there, I could have sworn someone was writing about me. I like you even more, now. ;) Nice to know that there are others out there who bucked the 'norm' growing up, and who was able to. Though at times, it has been a rather lonely existence. You are awesome.
it is lonely at times, but it helps knowing that there are others like me out there... although I've noticed that none of us are allowed to live in the same state at the same time...
yeah a lot in common. I was the only bassonist ...I was 5'8 at 9...started my cycles then too...read existentialism in 6th grade... some stuff different on like I am not a writer... but yeah and awful lot in common...
I wasn't in a subculture group of *in* outsiders just totally odd with the odd lot of friends that had no other one like them either...the thought to be slutty, did dress that way, lesbian... the band geek that was gay in the not accepted by the other gay kids way... the devote christian that hated other christians... that girl that only wore birkenstocks with really bright socks... on and on. We were all the kids that were so weird the official weirdos wouldn't associate with us.
