Yeah, I know... my best friend Jamie is deathly afarid of spiders. She cried with me on the phone the other day, and started hyperventalating because she saw one. I don't know how to help her with this fear, any suggestions?

hmm, not really sure on the helping advice department. I just don't like them, although I hate having to kill them but I must.

Spiders are very scary even more so when they skitter across the floor. Their movement is the quintessence of evil.
