You need not worry. You have not only never ignored me, your responses are always sweet and pick me up. You are by FAR one of the best friends, if not THE best friend, I have ever had. I hope you know that. When I come home, I have a TV show (well probably many, but one in particular) that I want to show you.
Lindsay is right, babe, and so are you. It's their loss.
Sometimes, people can be rude and cause others a lot of pain through sheer thoughtlessness. It can be maddening when you're the kind of person who is always sure to respond (even if it's only to be polite), and it can also hurt a lot. I know that that kind of treatment has certainly made me hurt or angry before. Even (as Lindsay mentioned) when people don't respond or stop talking suddenly on MSN. Sometimes, I think it's because some people don't think of internet communication as "real" communication --- that it doesn't matter as much as stuff in "real life"... but it can be hard to shrug off, even at the best of times.
I know that you're worried that any rejection or perceived rejection will continue to feel this...powerful, but I have a lot of confidence in your amazing strength and ability to think things through like you do.
...so fuck 'em. You're better than that kind of rudeness.
