I didn't checked that yet, but I think I'm possibly the first, who managed to create a multilingual newspaper. The title and date are english, but the header and subheader are german. At first I wanted to translate the header, but couldn't find a word, that has the same meaning of ‚blankziehen’ and fits in the alliteration.
So here is the translation:
„Black zieht Blank“ means something like ‚Black get’s stark naked’. But I think the photo speaks for itself ^_^
„Sirius Black am Strand von Hawai“ = ‚Sirius Black on the beach of Hawai’
For the appearance of The Daily Prophet I took a screenshot out of the PoA-movie as a draft (the Knight Bus scene) and mixed it a little with my own imaginations.
the location
I didn’t remembered very well how the kitchen of Grimmauld Place 12 was described in the book (And to be honest, I was to lazy to look for the passage :P).
But I always had the image of my grandmas old house in mind, when I read about it.
Cold stone walls and dark massiv, functionally wood. Just the right house in the night to scare little children to death (no offence grandma).
the people
Kingsley was pure horror. It’s a bit difficult (at least for me) to draw him, without, you know…making him look like a grotesque sort of a chocolate Easter rabbit. But I think he came out quite…acceptable.
I don’t have too big problems with Remus, Sirius or Molly, except that Remus mimic reminds me a bit of a frog :/
And just out of sheer joy (and because I hate Molly bashing) I shamelessly decided that Sirius' jumper was a christmas gift from Molly, hehe.
OK I better stop babbling now, before I lost what’s left of the little saner part of my mind…
