I feel like people are more likely to follow his advice because he throws a "Dr" in front of his name;
Oprah usually just tends to ask really stupid questions (presumably because they're the ones "the people" want to know?). Phil is more the advice giving (or "throwing"? Something a little more active than "giving") type.
