1/ Washer/dryer in the unit; no laundry room crap

2/ Pets okay

3/ Two bathrooms

4/ Decently new appliances

5/ Big living room

6/ Big master bedroom, smaller second bedroom (study)

7/ Big bathtub

8/ Top floor

9/ Deck

10/ On-site gym

Let's see how many things on that list we can find together.....

I hear ya on the big tub...bubble baths are the best! Except when the tub is too big and it takes longer to fill it with water than the time you are actually in it. They have a sauna at the gym that I go in when I work-out....mmmm yay relaxing(minus the gross naked people).

I love baths, I take them all the time in my teeny tiny tub, so me wanting a bigger one is legit fo sho.

And I'm not a big fan of gross naked people either.

All those things sound great, I think I shall be looking for those things as well...I would personally add that I would want my own parking spot, because this year I have to parallel park on the street and do not have a driveway or parking lot.

Oooh I didn't even think of parking, that's another biggie. The place we live in now has one spot per apartment which is a neccessity on our street. Its always lined with cars and practically impossible to navigate. So there's number eleven: DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT. Hehe.
