Aww when marching band season ends, it's super sad :( For me anyways. I hate football games, though, so when we were done with those on friday, I was all "WOO-HOO!" But our season officially ends on saturday after our trip to Nationals in Indy. Afterwards, we should totally meet somewhere! :) Like... the mall or something. Heheh. I just love making new friends~
I wouldn't be surprised if some of our seniors cried :( We have about 80 leaving us this year, about a fourth of the band. Man... Well, some of them just need to go because their attitudes suck hard, but I'm really sad to see some of them go :'(
Ooh that would be super nifty :) I'll bring a friend or two as well, that're in band. I dunno if I wanna bring my other friend, seeing as she's not in band, and she knows that when we band nerds get together, it's all, "One time at band camp..." and all that stuff. Man the stories to tell! :D
Eighty!? we only have about eleven. We only had on hundred eight people in the band, though. I can't wait till some of them are gone.
Yeah, most of my friends are bandies, too. Most of them have been marching for longer, too, and have more stories than me. One of my freshman friends has actually been marching since his seventh grade year (and he's very good- Carolina Crown called him last night and asked him to march with them). But, if we do meet up, be warned. I am not very social in person.
Perhaps you have met Vippler? She's another bandy on my friends list. She lives in Dekalb county, though. I don't think we'd be able to invite her.
