A Reflection on Giovanni Paolo...

I’m sitting at my laptop, watching FOX News and awaiting to hear some news about the Holy Father’s condition. As I sit watch, bishops, field reporters, monsignors and others all add their contributions and weigh in on the situation. i remember this experience very well... it was one of the best times in my life also. i didn't even know there was such thing as a pope when i went on the toronto trip. that's one of the reasons i felt so connected to him, especially since.. i remember walking up with ruben and someone else, to as close as we could get to him. he was a wonderful man who cared for his youth. one of the few church leaders to my knowledge who could never be blamed as corrupt and be right.

i'll leave the rest of my thoughts to a journal entry however, because i'm taking up your space ;)
