how would I drag my image under the texture? when I drag it it stays on top of the texture not under it

You copy the texture and then you go to:
File->New and then a window should pop up and set the settings to 100x100 pixels.
And then past the texture in the 100x100 icon you just created.

Then you go to your 65x65 icon and grab your move tool and then move your icon in the 100x100 icon with the texture. And then drag it under the texture.
