Dave took me on a date last night! He's sweet like that, but not cloyingly so. I like the fact that he notices if I'm pensive, or stuck on something that bums me out a bit. So it was 'off to the big city' for an evening

Hey, thanks guys! We'd love to get together sometime. I think we've chatted with Kevin online off and on for years, though haven't ever met in person so far. So feel free to let us know if you might be wandering north sometime. We'd enjoy going out for dinner or a movie, or hanging here at the house with a good DVD... we're pretty flexible.
Honey... Hate to break it to ya but.. Uh... "Nausicaä of the Valley of Wind" (Kaze no Tani no Naushika) is OLD!!! ;) I've had that since high school. ;) *EG* I also LOVE IT TO DEATH!!! The little solo in the movie of some little girl singing... I have the soundtrack that I HAD to buy when I was over there during high school... Like Princess Mononoke as well but can't get over Scully pull'n off the evil bitch lady in charge of the town... Kinda odd...
You called me Honey? That's so cute... so you like me, you really like me!
FYI, although I didn't get to spend my teen years wandering around the wilds of Japan (when I was a teen, I don't think Japan had been invented yet) I *do* know that Nausicaä is old - circa 1984, if I recall correctly. I love Miyazaki's stuff, but only recently decided to own the DVD's (and Nausicaä was only recently available on DVD). Hence my giddy excitement. But I appreciate you filling me in. You're a very knowledgable pup - for an engineer. ^-^
So when you taking me to Japan for the rest of my cultural education?
