We then headed into the Los Hoyos area of town.
Conga las Hoyas makes sense for a name now, eh?
The place was called Foco Cultural, Conga los Hoyos.
And it was loud!

I think that was the name. An ok place if we hadn't been expecting something at least a little Chinese. Only thing related to China was the name. Then of course there was the issue with your order not being as you requested...
