depending on the *type* of movie (i know nothing about this) - i'd probably go long black dress over blue dress. long black dresses are generally appropriate no matter what the occasion, especially if it's at night. the dress also sounds as if it's vaguely asian-style, so you could put your hair up and it would be fantastic.

also, black is more *you*, somehow.

I'd go with A, as you say it's most "appropriate" and it also sounds really pretty. C sounds kind of fabulous, though *smirk*
