Hi,

I came across your journal recently and would like to be added to your friends list if possible. I am an overseas Chinese and have always been curious about the true nature of bhuddism and (lack of) cultural diversity within China and its neighbors. Thank you.

cool. I will add you definitely. If you are interested, I also run tibetanbuddhism but I also feel that I should warn that I am very politically active and my political actions are for Tibetan, E. Turkestani, Inner Mongolian, and Taiwanese independence. There are LOTS AND LOTS of rants about that. Of course, for many people this poses no problem at all, but I feel you should know.

Added! btw, you might be interested in joining my 2 communities
tibetanbuddhism which discusses the Tibetan form of Buddhism and brings in a lot of tibetan culture, and
not_china which is a community advocating the freedom of Tibet, E. Turkestan, and Inner Mongolia from the Chinese occupation as well as encouraging the continued independance of Taiwan
