For the past couple of days, I've been trying to make decent animated LJ icons. Unfortunatly, I can't seem to make any good looking ones, becuase the file size is always too big. I've tried resizing, cutting frames, lowing the quality, but I can't seem to make anything under 40k. If I fiddle ith the pictures too much more, they'll be way too small

what program are you using for animation?

Jasc Animation Shop ...although I've pretty much fixed the problem. (I just remade the icons.) Either way, if you know any tricks to reduce the file sizes without lowering quality too much let me know. (please?)
