I culdn't go with everyone to Croatia because I have to take care of my grandmother. I'm the only one that's going to take care of her since she became ill. I'm not going into details, mainly to preserve her dignity. She's been my teacher, best friend and biggest supporter ever since I was young and now I'm afraid that I may lose her. I know that you had feelings for Ziggy-boy, but now he is with another it seems to me that there is a bit of jealousy in your tone. He's happy with whom he's with and since you decided to wait until now, it's too late. Let him be. The future is never set in stone and I'm sorry that you are not with anyone. You can think of it like this, at least you know he is happy and happiness goes a long way. Be proud to be his friend. Be thankful you got the chance to know him and be happy for him.

I'll put it like this, Herr Pegasus. The reason why I didn't date Vivian is because she's not what I want for a partner in life. She's too much like me, which demands a lot of attention. I'm high maintanence, und so is she. I have thought about a relationship with her, but we would argue more than get along.

That's okay. She's lead a long and happy life, but what ticks me off is that I'm not getting any help from my other family members. They say that she's a burden. How dare they say such a thing when she's been there for them all these years?

Sure it is, and I resent them for ignoring her like this, but I feel that I will go to the afterlife with a clear conscious if I can help her transcend from this world to the next without fear of her dying alone.
