It goes so fast, doesn't it? It sort of gives me a panicky/choky feeling when I think about it.

Its just staggering how quickly it goes by. It honestly feels like I JUST had her last week or something. On her actual birthday I was just glowing, I was so excited for her, but if I think about her aging on a normal day I get all maudlin about it.
Is Charlie your last baby you think?

Yep; had my tubes tied in April. I'm 39. And I had a horrific pregnancy with her. There's no way I could have that kind of pregnancy with a toddler running about. The only reason it was at all survivable was because Emmy was 10/11 and could fend for herself, for the most part.

Our plan had been to have two - in addition to Emmy. But plans have to change sometimes. So now I've got two sweet girls - with 11 years between them!
