Oh, hang on a sec, looks like the truth is half-and-half: the posters are real, but they're meant to advertise modern-day ball games in a retro style.

The video looks really nice as well. To me they look like tubifex worms (or some Nanidae specie). Because it's such a big clump the contracting really makes it look like some organ. I wouldn't want to find it in my bathtub though :P

Those posters are fantastic! I love how in the Giants one, the ball player looks as terrified as the little kid. And the giant hovering nests are really cool!

Definitely tubifex worms. You can really see them in the second and third blobs. In fact, one seems to stick out from the top of the third one near the end of the video.
