[Those looking for a Revvy will probably find him moping around the onsen. Particularly the garden, or at least, what remained of it. Some of it was already starting to recover but there was still so much damage and there was many other areas of the onsen that were still a bigger priority

[It's been a while since he's seen you. And even if the aftermath of the hurricane is...somewhat taken care of, he figured he'd check on you anyway. It doesn't help that there's also a bit of a nagging feeling to do so.
Of course, he still didn't expect to find you like this (or maybe he was just hoping for otherwise). But he's not going to immediately ask what happened. The fact it's now started to rain, lightly or not, has given him something else to comment on first.]

... He found Valente dead a couple days ago. For some reason he thinks I did it.

I'm just trying to make sense of it, so please don't take this the wrong way, but... Does he have any reason at all to think that?

... He apparently found a couple things on Valente that somehow accuses me of doing it. Although none of it makes any sense at all.

More importantly though.

... I did some horrible things to him and Ryu a long while ago. So it's not too surprising he'd blame me for something like this now.

But anyway, if you're going to tread the edge of breaking, he's going to put an arm around you to offer some sort of comfort.]

If you came to an understanding back then, I'm sure he did. But this situation is...more complicated.
