Hanging Pictures

Got the Dark Boris and the icon hung. They are both in the studio and glow against the paper-white walls like Ukranian Easter eggs. I knew they would. We had done the icon a disservice by hanging it in a corner of the dark library all this time. It needs and wants to catch the sun and throw it back from the gilded background. The Dark Boris is the user-pic for this main entry and the icon is the one on this comment. It is fun seeing them in the open air again. They have been stored too long. ;)

Yes, nothing beats seeing them at full size and in person, as it were. I feel much happier with them back near me. ;)

Since I always play video games with the sound turned off, I have never heard any of the music from any one of them. Heh!

i love dumpster diving. I'll have to take a picture of the lovely folk painting I saved from the dumpster of the building beside my condo building. It's so wonderful, and is of a wilderness man and his dog in the doorway of his alaskan log cabin.

How anyone could throw it away is beyond my comprehension.
