ST: TOS - "Tomorrow is Yesterday"

As I said before, I've been going over some Original Series Star Trek. Today I watched S1E19, "Tomorrow is Yesterday." Not quite as good as "Amok Time" or "Space Seed," the two episodes I started with. I thought this one might be the one where they go back to WWII earth, but apparently not. They go back to the 1960s and basically have to find a way

I also meant to mention that I really don't understand the deal with them beaming Christopher back aboard his airplane at the moment they had originally beamed him up. This still shouldn't change the fact that the Enterprise was there at that time, right? And it certainly shouldn't take away Christopher's memories. After all, it's not like the crew lost their memories when they traveled back in time. Still, I didn't want to dwell on this too much, since I think the story is more important, and the science really just needs to be internally consistent.
