Well, as I Said in my last post, the new issue (in which we expected just a few illustration changes) is a complete and utter redraw. And I'm shocked to say that I actually love it.

And yeah, he SHOULD be near 40 really, but uh, no. XD Perhaps Hisoka looks so young so as to fool us into thinking the Nagare can look so young and have a child that old.

But yes, for all her making everyone else manlier, Nagare looks... girlier. Considering he was reasonably manly in facial structure before. Seems skinnier too!

I think I did the math once, and he was either 38 or 39, as I think he said he was 18 when he married Kasane, and she killed herself within the year, then married Rui and has Hisoka. I was assuming that Hisoka was around 18 by then.

I don't think he looks so much girlier as he does just... more adorable. GAAAH WHY SO CUTE.
I do like Tatsumi's newfound manjaw. AWWWRITE.

Yeah, I was working it out in the bath this morning too and I came to the same estimation.

I think he does look girlier for some reason! And atleast younger (and definitely more adorable). Tatsumi stole his jaw, for sure.

I add that on the whole it looks more 'filled' as in lot of details and pics when before there were lot less. Rather gorgeous.
And though I still preferred then old style here the new one is used nicely so that the overall result is very pretty!

Her backgrounds are amazing huh? And I forgot to mention how much she likes to draw Dragons. And well, she draws them rather well! Very detailed. Everything looks so lush and...guh. XD

And yeah, I will always miss the prettiness of the old style, but considering what I was expecting this is awesome too. It seems a reasonably mix between her style, as much as we could have hoped for anyway. Oh, and this probably works better for all the horror segments too (which I kinda loved).

Well no, we did pretty well though. ;) Close ups are probably safe atm, the face's look pretty good!

And yeah, it was nerve racking huh? :D Course I got it before you and I didn't know it'd be a total re-draw! What an awesome surprise! :D
