So the nausea has abated. I don't feel like I'm going to throw up all the time and I can eat "real food" again.  Whooo-Hoooo! The whole not-really-eating made me drop 5 pounds. It was kinda scary.  I'm still exhausted all the time. I generally crash around 2 pm and don't perk up until after I've had dinner. Fruit smoothies are my new best friends.

Fruit can be a wonderful thing. Yogurt with honey, fruit... just listen to your body. The right stuff will sound SO GOOD. Your sense of smell hits the ceiling. The not right will just flip your stomach, the right makes your mouth water. I also found crepes (homemade, easy to make, have recipe) really great mild food that had protein and carbs.

Still, everyone is different.
