This entire WEEK has been a complete dieting failure. Gave up on starving myself today and embraced food, eating not only breakfast but lunch! And treated self to a can of softdrink. It's Friday, totally deserve it for not losing remaining sanity during the week

If you want a couple suggestions of things to try, I can give you some tips that work for me. My diet's not *perfect* but I'm happy with the size I am, and with nothing left of aforementioned unhealthy eating habits to speak of. It will all come down to what works for you specifically of course, but it might give you something a little more useful than "Just cut out the soda!" to work with. (And it's free?).
Though whether you change size or not, though, I definitely encourage seeking peace with your body ^_^ I don't know what you look like, but if people are calling you "skinny minnie" and you are only being advised to lose a couple kgs, I feel like you probably don't need to be beating yourself up! Plus there's no point in loving yourself only on the condition you are perfect. It would be such a waste of time, because nobody is ever perfect.

I seem to be on a neverending quest with peace with my body! I have days where I feel great and days where I feel absolutely hideous...
