Update

Grams is in a rehab center for a couple weeks and seems like she will be doing well. I guess she is already walking which is good. She is also in good spirits, another good thing. A funny thing we found out was she used to work at the rehab center she is at but back in 1979 as head nurse. Didn't know that until after she got there, but that's ok.
