[They do not teach about Adstringendum at school. Even at university. She has never heard of anything related to it but wants to fix it soon. Oh and that bit about being stuck. She did not like it. At all]

...what exactly do you mean by stuck? Is it somehow related to the time machine? And what exactly is Adstringendum?

[Her voice is a bit too shaky for her preference but she can't really help it, it's not your typical everyday situation she found herself in. Well, at least there are other people that can actually be contacted. That was reassuring.]

[A voice post for a change? Pretty normal as use of cellphones is concerned but after being able to see her conversation partner a few times, being limited to listening made Kurisu feel a little less safe. Not that she felt particularly safe to begin with]

That is how I felt when I first arrived to this place months ago. We are expected to make our own way, or work with others to make our way here. We live, simply put.

That is what I have been told as well. I will admit to it making little sense - the idea of other dimensions - at least at first. But my time here has proved most educational in that regard. There are many here from all across time, and across the vastness of the heavens.

[And smiles.]

Those who live in this city are everywhere! No matter which section in which you wander, you are likely to find someone with whom to speak in person. My cousin and I live in the northeast section, just below the river, in a place which has pumps indoors for water.

[This is big for her. Seriously.]

They do not always work well, but it is more convenient than having to carry buckets to the river every time one needs to cook or bathe.

[That guy probably just may have flirted with her. Under normal circumstances she probably would be more cautious but being stranded in an unknown world did not fall under normal circumstances. Come to think of this, he seemed hather nice and he was around her age. That Ryoji wouldn't hurt her, would he?]
