Drama Review - Kahogo no Kahoko

mid-year rl update.. i landed a new job this april www and i've been busy since then. this july i got lots of free time at office ๐ so i decided to try a jdrama after a long time! as i was scanning the 1st page of jdramas i chose ashi girl and ever since i almost completed ito kentaro's project list!!! he's an adorable, cool and talented actor!!!! and whenever im touched after finishing a series i cant help but post a review on facebook. only, i feel it is such a waste to only access them on fb memories so i decided to document good dramas and my random reviews here on lj ๐
just today i finished kahogo no kahoko. i've seen some screencaps on my friends' post but i scroll past them bcos im lowkey avoiding the takeuchi ryoma here haahahahahah and it's weird im feeling the hate in the girl on first sight? when i looked up she's that bitch on ao haru ride movie~ HAHAHAAH but as the series progress her cuteness grows with me.. she portrayed the role well. i cant imagine any actress as of the moment that could win that overprotective girl aura. she's talented i couldnt recall the petty girl in ao haru ride lol
on to the drama review----i hate to admit but im like kahoko up until high school, from the morning routine to going to school, the bento, those "what should i do" text messages during instances i really dont know how to handle situations. it must be bcos i'm an only child? or also bcos ph and western families wont let go of children til college? ๐ but thankfully during those times too, im also trained to do chores and i can decide on my own ๐๐๐ sadly.. up to now i still perfectly relate whenever kahoko ends up late in going home ahahaha even if im on ot or hanging out ๐๐ but she's luckier she's still receiving allowances from her granparents and she met someone like mugino-kun! agsgfjglhljl
this drama got me hooked bcos im curious how the girl will grow up, how will the dad gain confidence to handle his family problem, how will the guy express his hidden conflict, what career will she pursue and will the queen let her princess go ๐๐๐๐
also i rarely cry when i am watching but the scene with grandma and her daughters is !!!!!! im weak to parents-children whether it's on anime or drama ๐
ending is rushed, im unsure how they still decide to get married even though grandma passed away and both dont have stable job and source of money ne? good thing everything worked out fine thanks to the queen lol all in all this was a fun drama to watch ๐๐๐ผonce again, another risou no otoko portrayed by ryoma ๐๐๐๐
